SHIPPING QUESTIONS (READ FIRST BEFORE CONTACTING)

Please allow up to 30 business days for shipment and processing. All orders are custom printed as ordered. International orders can take up to 4 weeks to ship out.

A tracking number will be sent to the buyer's e-mail as soon as your order ships. Please make sure you adjust your spam settings so it will be sent to your inbox.

Outdoor Livin' is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen orders once it is delivered to buyer's provided address. (Unless damage is an overlooked manufacturer mistake)

 

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

Buyer is responsible for any exchange or return expense. Any item listed as a "pre-order" is not eligible for a refund, an exchange may be requested within a week of item being delivered. Pre-ordered items are custom printed as orders come through. 

 

A Pre-order item exchange for the same item will take up to 4 weeks to receive exchange. Any special order or special size not available on the site will take up to 4 weeks for an exchange.
